At Health Educators we are health professionals who are positive about the difference that education can make in enhancing consumer and staff safety.

With seventeen years accumulative knowledge of infection control practices and requirements for Hospitals, Long Term Care Facilities, Residential Care, Accident and Medical Centre’s and General Practice, Community Care Environments, Endoscopy Services and Dentistry. We are well experienced and have a strong focus on keeping up to date with the Health Sectors changing environment.

We offer the following services:

Assist organisations to review infection prevention and control policies and procedures to ensure they are current with accepted good practice.

Provide current infection prevention and control education that is relevant to your service setting.

We can assist organisations with compliance with the requirements of the Health and Disability Sector Standards.

We can assist organisations with compliance with the education requirements in the Aged Related Care Contract (ARCC).

The Ministry of Health is funding the current series of Infection Control Workshops.

The theme is “preparing for influenza and other emerging and existing infectious diseases”

Registration is free for Non Regulated Staff / Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses working in primary, community, and residential services.
